Growing up in the Italian countryside, I early developed a passion for nature and animal behaviour. After a degree in Zoology at Pavia University and a PhD in Marine Biology at Pisa University, I moved to England, where I attended a Level 3 Course in Photography at MidKent College. Here I had the opportunity to grow as a photographer and to collaborate on many projects with organisations like 51zero, Xpression and Medway Urban Greenspaces Forum.

My goal with each image is to spark something within people and ultimately motivate them to act as stewards of the natural world. I invite you to interact with my photos and explore what emotions they evoke within you.

I firmly believe we have to maintain the wondrous landscapes and biodiversity we inherited, keeping them intact for the next generation. I hope my photos will remind people of the importance of nature and inspire them to advocate for its conservation.
